On automatic conversion

No one has rejected conversion explicitly or implicitly or any other
way. The debate wasn't between 'conversion' and 'no conversion'. We
will be offering all LDP authors a converted-to-DB version of their
Linuxdoc materials. In fact, that's been done before, iirc.
